SHIPPING / EXCHANGES / RETURNS

 

1. Payment Options

We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery), checks, or cash payments. Your payment will appear as VitaTurbo on your statement.

2. Countries We Ship To

We ship to the United States and Canads. Unfortunately, if you are located outside these countries, we are unable to accept orders at this time.

3. Shipping Speed / Options

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day of purchase from our various warehouse locations.

Within the U.S.: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Outside the U.S.: Delivery generally takes 4–9 business days.

Express shipping is available for expedited delivery.

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your unique tracking number. If you have any questions about your shipment or need help tracking it, please call us at 1-800-256-0521, or email [email protected], and we will be glad to assist you.

5. Easy 1–2–3 Exchanges & Returns

VitaTurbo stands behind every product we manufacture and sell. We believe they will be effective. However, we understand that everyone’s body chemistry is unique and may react differently.

If a product does not meet your needs, you may return it within our 90-day Guarantee period, starting the day you receive your order. Please retain all product packaging, whether used or unused. All bottles must be returned for a full refund.

Orders must be returned within the 90-day Guarantee period.

Step 1

Contact our Customer Care Center to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA). Email [email protected] or call 1-800-256-0521 (M–F 8 AM–8 PM, Sat 9 AM–3 PM, Sun 10 AM–2 PM ET). Do not ship your return without an RMA or EMA as this will delay processing.

Step 2

Return all empty, unused, or partially used product bottles, along with the original packing slip (or emailed receipt copy) and your RMA or EMA number. If you are exchanging your product for another of equal or lesser value, please specify the product(s) you wish to receive.

6. Important Information

Refunds

Refunds are based on the number of items returned. For example, if 6 bottles are purchased and only 2 bottles are returned, a prorated refund of 1/3 of the purchase price will be issued. Partial returns will be refunded in order of the lowest-priced items first.

Packages returned as “Refused / Return to Sender” or deemed undeliverable will be refunded for the product cost minus the original shipping fee and any fees incurred by refusal of the package (minimum $15).

Exchange Program

We offer a 30-day exchange program. You may exchange a product and request a different VitaTurbo product of equal or lesser value, with free shipping for the replacement item. All exchanges are final and cannot be returned or exchanged a second time.

Return Postage

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a shipping service with delivery confirmation. Packages returned as “Refused” or “Return to Sender” or marked undeliverable will be refunded minus the original shipping fee (if applicable) and any fees incurred, with a minimum fee of $10.

Return by Date

Return and exchange requests must be submitted to our Customer Care Department within 30 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be received within two weeks of the RMA/EMA being issued. Charges (excluding shipping and processing fees) are fully refundable within 30 days of delivery.

Opened / Empty Returns

Opened or empty products may only be returned if adequate time has passed to try the product as directed on the label. For example, we will not accept a 6-bottle supply of empty or partially used containers after only one month of use.

Refunded Payments

Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned shipment. Please allow up to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund. Refunds cannot be issued to a different account or payment method.
